How does Picosure Pro work?
PicoSure Pro is a picosecond laser device that delivers focused energy pulses to targeted areas of the skin.
Prior to treatment, a consultation will be conducted to assess your skin, discuss your concerns, and determine whether PicoSure Pro is appropriate for your individual circumstances. During the treatment session, the laser handpiece is passed over the treatment areas, targeting the specific areas identified during your consultation.
Five things to know about PicoSure Pro
1. Pigmentation
PicoSure Pro delivers focused laser energy to targeted areas of pigmentation in the skin. The energy is designed to address pigment cells in the treated area, which may help address the appearance of pigmented lesions over a course of treatments.
2. Treatment settings and skin types
PicoSure Pro’s settings can be adjusted to address different skin concerns and individual circumstances. Whether the specific settings are appropriate for your skin type and concerns will be assessed during consultation.
3. Number of sessions

Good candidates for PicoSure Pro will be in good general health and not have any active skin infections or skin conditions in the desired treatment area. If you are prone to keloid scarring, the treatment may not be suitable for you and our team may be able to recommend other methods.
