Melissa is our Clinical Operations Lead, bringing over 10 years of experience in dermal science and advanced skin treatments. She completed her Bachelor of Dermal Sciences while working alongside some of Australia’s leading Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons and Doctors across QLD, ACT and VIC, and has since completed her MBA (Master of Business).

Having struggled with her own skin for years, Melissa is passionate about seeing patients achieve real, lasting results and being a trusted source of guidance for both our clinical team and patients throughout their skin journey.

Melissa has a particular interest in complex skin cases and works closely with our medical team to guide safe laser practices, treatment planning and advanced clinical pathways. She oversees Ascension’s clinical team, ensuring the highest standards of training, compliance and patient care, while leading new clinical protocols and device onboarding to uphold the exceptional standard Ascension is known for.
